The Senior Compliance Manufacturing Specialist is responsible for supporting domestic and international sales by producing high quality, detailed and accurate work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures required to fulfill sales order entry. The ideal candidate collaborates and communicates effectively between multiple departments, and is an analytical, detail and results-oriented thinker with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
Skills:
Provides high-level administrative support to the Sales Directors, Contracts and Compliance management. Facilitates departmental and external customer communications across global markets.
Connects quickly and collaborates with internal and external Customers in a poised, convincing, and enthusiastic manner.
Coordinates and processes quotes, sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and company policies.
Tracks the status of quotes, up to either booking as an order, or termination of the requirement
Serves as a liaison between Customers and internal departments, facilitating smooth communication, identifying and resolving issues.
Interfaces with cross-functional departments such as Contracts, Sales, Applications Engineering, Production Control, Shipping, and customer service to resolve complex issues.
Ensuring compliance with company terms, conditions, ISO and performance requirements
Assists in the collection of sales data and the generation of sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making for global sales initiatives.
Supports the Marketing and Sales staff in managing logistics, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4-5 years of applied work experience in the following
Domestic and International contract administration
Experience with Defense Department Trade Control (DDTC) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Experience with Letters of Credit, Performance Bonds and other associated financial transactions
Experience Foreign Corrupt Policy Act (FCPA) regulations
Experience with interactions with production, purchasing, quality assurance shipping and finance departments
Must demonstrate effective communication skills, interpersonal, written, and verbal
Must be detail oriented and have proven organizational skills
Must be able to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
Must have demonstrated positive working relationships in support of a team environment
